Devra Gartenstein is the owner of Patty Pan Grill, a farmers' market concession that operates at most of Seattle's neighborhood farmers' markets. She is the author of two cookbooks, Local Bounty: Seasonal Vegan Recipes, and The Accidental Vegan. An omnivore herself, she explores issues of meat eating, sustainable food, farmers' markets and small business on her blog, The Quirky Gourmet.
