I'm off to Whole Foods to gather some organic berries as living in a condo does not permit me to have a personal garden and there is not enough deck space to have a few plants. So I am anxious to try the pastry crust and perhaps mix raspberries with blueberries.
Yum-yum!

I wonder if we have wine berries in New England? They sound delish. I know we have thimble berries. . . are they cousins?

Delicious article by Eugenie. Eugenie is definitely a berry specialist. And now I am so hungry for berries I am going to crawl to the nearest bakery..or to my sisters. Here on cape cod we are blessed with so many wild berries. My sister grows berries and there is nothing like picking fresh blue berries and dunking them into my mouth. MMMmmm good article.

Reading this makes me lust deeply in my stomach -- berry porn! I'm not much of a baker, but thanks for a recipe that looks like even I could do it.

NUM-Yummy! We have no raspberries in north FL and our blueberries (over 100 wild bushes we discovered two years ago on our acreage) look like they are struggling this year - too doggone hot! Please come to Florida and bring your raspberry tart!

Makes me hungry just to read this. I'm wondering if raspberries from the supermarket could be used for this recipe. I don't want to wait two years for the home-grown variety, although I would love to try them!
