As someone who recently switched over to buying almost entirely local, organic food - I had no idea how much food waste I&#039;d be creating. I&#039;ve got a compost pile going (so much better than all the packaging garbage I used to generate), but I need to learn how to incorporate those scraps into soups, etc.
