		<description>Thanks, Chels!  I, too, have always been curious about cooking with tomatillos and never tried it.   So this post was perfect for me!   I picked up a few tomatillos at my local farmer&#039;s market and made some delicious enchiladas.  It was very easy and I will definitely be making the salsa on a regular basis now!</description>
