The gang has arrived in San Francisco, where I rubbernecked like a maniac as my taxi passed the Victory Garden en route to the hotel earlier today. The events begin in earnest tomorrow but got started tonight with the Food Bill Declaration and Severine’s Pirate Seed Swap, which we are running way late for as I type this, as the rest of the team just got in and we are currently mesmerized by Obama.
We’ll do our best to get up a News Feed tomorrow, but it’s going to be a big day, so if we miss it, don’t worry — we’ll be back next week with our take on Slow Food Nation.
