May 20th, 2008 by leslie · 1 Comment

The web is awash in stories about green drinks today. Our cup runneth over! Bear with us — sometimes you just can’t stem the tide of foody — or in this case, drinky — puns.

Got organic milk? All organic milk is not created equal. Check out Tom Phillpott’s breakdown on organic milk at Gristmill.

Getting off the bottle No, we’re not talking about the great Suri Cruise sippy cup debate. Kerry Trueman’s got Bottlemania at Eating Liberally.

Fairly caffeinated Craig, a self-proclaimed coffee addict, shares tips on how he’s greening his habit. Aside from the usual “buy fair trade, bring a mug” line, he’s got some great alternatives to composting your grinds. If you prefer tea, his wife and blogging partner, Layla, is brewing dandelion tea at their blog, Our Green Year.

One for the road Kimberly at Go Green Travel Green shares a bunch of links on organic beer and wine. (She also notes that the North American Organic Brewing Festival will take place June 27-28 in Portland, Oregon this year. Could the Portland grass look any greener?)
